Amy runs into the kitchen and grabs a knife and an empty bottle. She then hides behind the counter. The KILLER runs by her and looks into the backyard. Amy comes up behind him, smashes the bottle over his head and stabs him in the back with the knife. The KILLER grunts and falls out into the backyard.
Amy runs to the front door. She can hear the police sirens approaching. The front door is locked, but after some fumbling with the locks, she gets it open. She runs out of the house, just as two police cars zip by the house. Amy chases after them, but slips on a garden hose and falls onto the lawn.
She barely has time to get to her knees, before the KILLER is on her. He grabs her by the hair and stabs her in the side of the neck with his knife. Amy sees the two police cars turning around, just as her life leaves her.
