Amy can see Lizzie is a goner and decides to save herself. Amy runs upstairs and trips over Nick's headless corpse when she reaches the top. She stares at his mutilated body for a moment, before Lizzie's dying screams snap her out of it.
She looks to the front door and sees Marco's body leaning against it in a bloody mess. Amy also sees another door right in front of her.
