Amy can see Lizzie is a goner and decides to save herself. Amy runs upstairs and trips over Marco's corpse when she reaches the top. She stares frozen, at his mutilated body for a moment, before Lizzie's dying screams snap her out of it. She looks to the front door and sees Nick's body leaning against it in a bloody mess. Amy also sees another door right in front of her.
